Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, products must:

  • Be unused and unwashed.
  • Have original tags attached.
  • Be returned in original packaging.
  • Be free from stains, odors, alterations, or damage.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Customized Products

Products personalized or customized according to customer specifications.

Print-on-Demand Products

Products manufactured or printed specifically after order placement.

Innerwear & Intimate Apparel

For hygiene reasons, innerwear, lingerie, shapewear, and similar intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Clearance or Final Sale Products

Items specifically marked as “Non-Returnable”, “Final Sale”, or “Clearance Sale”.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Antara’s Closet.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy requirements.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective products
  • Damaged products
  • Wrong item received

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange availability depends on stock availability.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • A return is successfully completed and inspected.
  • The product received is defective or damaged.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The order is cancelled before shipment.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or other approved methods.

After successful quality inspection:

  • Refund initiation: 3–7 business days
  • Bank/payment processing: 5–10 business days

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Failure to report within this period may result in rejection of the claim.

Return Abuse

Antara’s Closet reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds where fraudulent activity, excessive returns, misuse of policies, or abuse is suspected.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch and will be governed by this Return Policy.
